Max takes the management of Bureau69. An intense phase of historical-architectural renovation and conversion projects and international competitions begins. The studio constantly grows and delivers successful projects. It also starts a strong collaboration with the architect Jacob Goldemberg of Rio de Janeiro. Max’s passion for design increases and the projects reach an increasingly high level of detail and are highly appreciated for their stylistic research, pure and minimal forms, and theuse of natural materials.
Following the economic crisis, Max decides to broaden the horizons and, whilst continuing with residual projects in Italy, starts some projects in Brazil together with his colleague and friend Claudio Inserra in Sao Paulo. For two years he assiduously visits the city of Sao Paulo (Brazil) for the completion of some projects. This allows him to breathe a more international air and recognise the benefits of professional experience in a multi-cultural environment and taking on new challenges.
In September Max moves to London, works as Freelance Architect with local architecture practices in the city, in-house Architect for a high-end developer in South Kensinghton, and Site Architect / Construction Manager for a complex renovation of a Victorian house in Greenwich.
At the end of 2018, Bureau69 Architects has been registered in England and Wales and continues to update and seek to expand its portfolio in the context of London, Kent, and South-East England.
